to get to the underground, you just use your explorer kit. if you dont know where to get that, you go to eterna city and its the house to the right of the pokemon center. to get stength, you go to the top of the lost tower. i think some old person gives it to you along with the cleanse tag.

I have a few feet of rope that I was told was called “lineman’s rope”. I was also told that the phone company uses it to pull cables through underground pipes. I’m planning on using it for a pumpkin chuckin’ catapult, but I don’t have enough rope. I’ve tried searching online, but I can’t find anything about it. Does anyone know what else it might be called?

I did it at 60 you just need know how to use your food wisely and yes you can do it just get 43 prayer and don’t give up on the quest its very long! and good luck

Please no protein, creatine, glutamine, etc. answers. I want the next BSN NoExplode type of suggestions. Main goal is to add strength, muscle and lower body fat %. Thank you in advance. My main goal is to lower my body weight to 185 and increase my one-set bench to 400.

Protein is not necessary because you excrete any excess (anything over 1.7 grams per kilogram of bodyweight for those who train) through the urine. Creatine is actually proven, and it has been proven to achieve gains, NOExplode, on the other hand, has not. If you want to lower your body fat you need to do some cardio, preferably something anaerobic like high intensity interval training. Just remember you cannot increase muscle and decrease fat at the same time — despite many claims by supplement companies. You can increase muscle and thereby increase your metabolism, which will make it easier to lose fat, but you cannot do both at once because to lose you need to have a negative caloric balance (burning more calories than you consume), and to gain you need to have a positive caloric balance (more calories than you burn). Do not believe those claims you see by supplement companies because many are just looking for money, and they could care less about your welfare. Did you know that the FDA does not regulate supplements, which means supplements can put whatever they want in their supplements and say whatever they want about them. Before you take one, look at the study reference. Tribulus terrestis is a great example of this. EAS sold it when they didn’t even test it on humans; they tested it on goats. The goats they noticed a testosterone increase were castrated beforehand. Normal goats had no improvement whatsoever. Although NO is a great vasodilator it is completely useless to you. Your body automatically increases blood flow to your working muscles. NO will do nothing, but possibly make your arms more vascular — that is, only while you’re still taking the supplement. Again, if you want to change your body, do it with something that is proven, and the only proven things at this point are diet, training, sleep, and creatine. I stepped onstage at a natural bodybuilding competition using only creatine and bcaas, and I guarentee that my genetics are no better than yours. Don’t waste your money.

currently im engaged with a Fiber reinforced plastic manufacturing company and we manufacture cylindrical tanks with radius of 2.5m diameter. these tanks will be used as underground storage tank (sewerage treatment plant). often time these plants will be buried underground and often subject to soil pressure. my task is to provide a feasible design calculation to determine with a given soil pressures and known material strength; the holding strength of the tank under variable conditions.

I claim a complete lack of expertise in this area, so don’t hold it against me if I come up with some stupid ideas. I just wonder if there is a way to improve how we look for miners after a collapse.

What if miners began to wear powerful radio transmitters during these operations so that their precise location could be determined in three dimensions after a collapse? Perhaps their three-dimensional position could be cyclically broadcast via radio transmission. At the very least, the strength and source direction of a radio signal would hopefully offer information regarding the location of the miners.

Are these mines just too deep underground for such a thing to work? Then, might fiber-optic cables survive a mine collapse? Perhaps a device kept near the miners could keep track of its own location and transmit this information via cable…

If anyone has thoughts or ideas, speak out. There has to be a solution!

A system to track miners locations at all times would help to pinpoint their locations at the time of the collapse. Afterward, a radio transceiver in the same tunnel might be able to communicate. If they can move somewhere else, it must be open enough for signals to propagate.

It does not seem like fiber optic cable would survive a collapse any better than plain old wires.

Any suggestions? We live directly off I-95 where Irene will be at Cat 2 strength before it enters New Jersey. Anyone in Florida or on the gulf coast have experience with common problems in ground-level apartments? We’re getting really nervous because the National Weather Service just issued a Hurricane Warning in our area.

We have a “garden apartment.” Which means that about 5 feet are underground and the rest is above ground. We have a large window which looks outside on the above ground part.

If your apartment has flooded in heavy rain in the past, I’d prepare for that to happen again. If you have the time and the inclination and your renter allows it, you might want to try to board up the window. Fill up some containers, and probably your bathtub, with water, get some canned food just in case, some candles and flashlights, and charge up your cellphone.

And, just in case, be ready to get out of the apartment and go to higher ground, especially if you have had any sort of flooding problem before.
